I didn't take a current before picture prior to demolition.

When we removed the disintegrating fiberglass tub insert, we discovered NO bracing or mortarbed. The exterior wall insulation was pulled off wall and wadded to rear of tub. The yellow blobs are expanding foam.

We did all work ourselves, excluding window installation, tilework and some plumbing. Fred installed pocket doors in both bathrooms and built the framework for the shower arch. We got the vanities  from Costco, the cabinets were custom ordered from Lowes.
